ctags support for Rust

ctags (as of version 5.9~svn20110310) does not support Rust natively, but the Rust repository contains configuration lines that add support for it using --langdef/--langmap/--regex-* options.

My “fix” is to copy those lines to ~/.ctags. Here is a one-liner to do this (WARNING: it will overwrite any contents from ~/.ctags):

curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rust-lang/rust/master/src/etc/ctags.rust > ~/.ctags
